The passion for stretching yourself & sticking to it, even (or especially) when things are not going well, is the hallmark of the growth mindset. That allows people to thrive during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Learn some tips for developing a growth mindset & how you can implement this at work & home in order to fulfil your potential.

21st January - Panic Attacks, how to manage before, during and after
Panic Attacks can be frightening for the individual & those trying to support them. Learn about triggers, early warning signs, symptoms during an attack & how to deal with the aftermath. Increasing our understanding reduces the fear & power of attacks. Session is suitable for individuals who have experienced panic attacks & friends, colleagues or family.

10th March - How to develop confidence through self-care
Lack of confidence can prevent us from achieving our goals and enable fear to rule our lives. But we can develop confidence & begin embracing life, starting with self-care to boast our self- esteem. Learn self -care strategies, gain resources for building confidence & a well-being toolkit to take away.

5th May - Mental Health services- how to access support.
Mental Health issues are increasing from Depression or Anxiety to Bi polar or Psychosis. For those experiencing difficulties or friends & family accessing support can be confusing & challenging. Learn about professional support, how to prepare for a meeting & other supports available within the community or online.

7th July - Saying no - maintaining your boundaries.
How often have you thought next time I’m going to say NO, only to find yourself agreeing to that extra work project or visiting relatives on your day off! We can feel a sense of guilt or people will think less of us if we don’t say yes, but this can lead to stress and lack of self-care. Empower yourself to maintain boundaries that support your well-being & enable others to appreciate you in a new light.
